On 1st September 2006 the International Wrapping Solutions AG (IWS) was founded by Rolf Graser, a previous Involvo employee. And already today we have more than 35 years of experience in the worldwide packaging industry.

This is no contradiction. As a new company we exclusively obtained all patents, licenses and other rights from the insolvent Involvo, at the same time well qualified personnel were engaged and from the bankrupt's estate the complete files and documentation were bought.

IWS started with twelve employees mainly from the design department and to secure the worldwide spare part deliveries, but already after twelve months we were a team of thirty motivated specialists.

In October 2006, four weeks after foundation, a contract with a well-known Swiss customer was signed for the design, delivery and commissioning of our first five IWS case and tray packers.

In January 2007 the necessary relocation to the new premises at Niederwil took place.

Our steady growth is due to our reliable machines, our active agents in Europe, America and Australasia. But just as important are our well trained service personnel stationed in Switzerland, Germany, Australia, and Thailand and in the United States of America.
